Dayz of Fantazy: "Log"
Walking meditation gets easier each time I try it. I eventually extend it to other activities, including the typing of this. I focus on my breath and watch the words appear on the "tube" Not good at typing "periods." but can do words nicely without having to look at the keyboard. Most times that is!
